- Fireplace and central heatingThe main house has central heating. The separate building opposite features a dining room with a fireplace, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and a large table for gatherings.
- Garden and barbecueA garden and outdoor seating areas. Next to the dining building, the barbecue area has a large table and is sheltered by wind-resistant curtains.

Rates and booking conditions
Rates are for the entire villa for up to 11 guests. A minimum stay of 2 nights applies. The same rates apply on weekdays and weekends.

Deposit and payment
A 20% deposit is payable by bank transfer when your reservation is confirmed. The remaining balance is due on the day of arrival.
Cancellation
Cancel free of charge up to 10 days before arrival and receive a full refund of your deposit.
